The IT Relationship Scorecard

Questions your IT company should be able to answer. Can they?

Most owners can’t audit their IT relationship, because nobody ever told them what good looks like. So a rising bill feels normal. A ticket that sits feels normal. You put up with it because you have nothing to measure it against.

Here’s the yardstick. Thirteen questions, three minutes. Answer them about your current provider and you’ll know exactly where you stand — whether you ever call us or not.

Score your provider

Answer honestly. Yes, No, or Not sure.

“Not sure” is an answer too — and often the most telling one. If you can’t tell, that’s information about the relationship.
