We collect what you choose to send us through the contact form, plus the standard access logs every web server keeps. We run no analytics and no advertising trackers. We don’t sell personal information — to anyone, for any reason — and nothing on this site is designed to follow you anywhere else.

This website, performanceconnectivity.com, is operated by Performance Connectivity, Inc. (PCI), 2900 Westchester Ave #105, Purchase, NY 10577. We’re the company responsible for any information this site handles, and the right party to contact about it.
What we collect, and why
The contact form. If you send us a message, you choose to share your name, company, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message itself. We use it for exactly one thing: responding to you and carrying on the conversation you started. Reaching out does not add you to a mailing list.
If you call or write. Phone messages, letters, and email exchanges with us are kept as ordinary business correspondence — the same way any professional firm keeps them.
Server logs. Like nearly every website, our web server keeps standard access logs: the IP address a request came from, the page requested, and the time. We use them for security and troubleshooting — spotting attacks, diagnosing errors — and for nothing else. They age out automatically as logs rotate.
That’s the complete list. There is no hidden third category.
What we don’t do
As of the effective date above, this site runs no analytics and no advertising trackers — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no social-media trackers, no session-recording tools. If that ever changes, this policy changes first.
We do not sell personal information. We don’t rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We don’t send marketing email to people who haven’t asked for it.
Cookies and browser storage
Browsing this site sets no tracking cookies. WordPress, the software behind the site, sets login cookies only when our own staff sign in to manage it — visitors never receive them. Comments are turned off site-wide. The one technical item the site stores in your browser is a small flag noting whether your device can display emoji; it exists so pages render correctly, never leaves your browser, and expires on its own.
Third-party content
Fonts. The site’s typefaces load from Google Fonts. That means your browser requests font files from Google’s servers, which — like any web request — exposes your IP address to Google. Google’s own privacy policy governs what Google does with that request.
The map. Our contact page embeds a Google Map showing our office. It loads lazily — only when it scrolls into view — and when it does, it loads from Google, which may set its own cookies inside the map frame. Google’s privacy policy applies to the map.
Video. Videos on this site are hosted on our own server. There is no YouTube or Vimeo embed watching what you watch.
Retention, in plain terms
Messages you send us are kept as long as the conversation or the business relationship needs them, the way any firm keeps its correspondence. Server logs rotate out automatically on a short cycle. If you’d like something you sent us deleted, ask — we’ll do it, unless a legal or accounting obligation requires us to keep it, and we’ll tell you if that’s the case.
Your choices, wherever you live
Some places — California and the European Union among them — give residents specific legal rights over their personal information. We extend the substance of those as commitments to everyone, regardless of address: ask us and we’ll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Since we don’t sell personal information, there’s nothing to opt out of. To make any of these requests, use the contact details below — no forms, no hoops.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles information — adding an analytics tool, for instance — we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top before the change takes effect. No silent edits.
